The core business is training management and organization development of the companies. Beside that we are working as organizers of fair exhibitions, regional expositions, networking in terms of making stronger the Serbian regional capacities, organizing business meetings and round tables.

Don’t think that you don’t need trainings for your employees just because you had a few a last year. That is the same if you said that you were at hairdresser’s last year and now you don’t need to go again.

Time is changing rapidly, as the market rules as well  … the knowledge from today is old fashion tomorrow.

Our way of defining training needs is to organize the meeting with companies management, to introduce us and the company to each other and to find out what kind of problems the company has. Based on that we suggest training for management or for employees.

Our trainings have a very little theory and a lot of role-play games and workshops.
